Appcast is looking for a dynamic and motivated Premium Implementation Consultant. This role is an exciting opportunity for an organized, self-driven individual to work with our account management and sales teams on the implementation of new accounts, as well to help our current customers maneuver and operate through Appcast's software solutions. ResponsibilitiesAct as point of contact internally and externally for assigned Appcast Premium implementations and projects Interact with customers in conjunction with Account Management and Sales partners to gather all necessary information including technical requirements for implementations. Create detailed implementation documents for each customer to ensure a seamless transition from sales through implementation and go-live. Work with internal partners to constantly identify ways to improve and streamline the implementation process. Collaborate with internal teams to drive a consistent, high-quality experience for our customers throughout the implementation process. Candidate TraitsBachelor's degree or Post-Secondary Diploma 5
years of experience in customer service and/or software implementation, preferably in the Talent Acquisition industry. Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite Keen attention to detail with strong follow through skills Disciplined, self-starter with the ability to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information in a timely manner Desire to learn about Appcast products and account management methodology
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
